HKUST IBPCAs the only University Business Plan Competition in China open to complete graduate teams from other universities, the HKUST Competition provides a unique entrepreneurial opportunity for all graduate students. Total awards for the competition was approximately $25,000; however, the real prize is the chance for graduate students to offer their business proposals before an international panel of investors and executives in the financial hub of Asia.

    Thank you Gaurav! The Microsoft prize goes all to the Computer Science students - Suli and German - since they were the ones that worked really hard to have a prototype ready in time for the competition. The reason that you didn’t hear the USF pitch was because I only picked 10 for the episode.
